And so it ends...

As May rushed along, I found myself thinking that the only month that is busier is December! (sans peppermint hot cocoa and twinkle lights)

The events this month were varied and fun. We went to the Learning Celebration at the kid's school and checked out all of their projects.

Stopping along the way to
strike a pose in front of the school mascot.

Then we got into our
Disney groove at Meg's dance recital.

The Pirate's of the Caribbean was priceless.

Adding to the fun, I got to wrestle my camera, phone or keys away from Rebekah continually in order to get to out the door and record these moments for posterity.

It was awesome.

Luckily she has a killer smile!

In the midst of our chaos, the dessert sun warmed our pool enough to entice our trio to frolic. Caleb and Meg were showing Bekah how to float. As long as they didn't giggle too much, they managed to stay near the top of the water.

Despite her protests at swim lessons, this little Jones is a true fish and LOVES to jump in the pool and kick about.

To finish off the month in fine style, Caleb and I went to ASU for his end of the season music testing. He performed 4 memorized pieces for a judge and tested his sight reading, aural perception and theory knowledge. Smarty pants.

We arrived on campus early and Caleb did a little warm up in the College of Music practice rooms.

Ryan doesn't know it yet, but I took the opportunity to teach Caleb that ASU is super cool. Definitely more worthy of admiration than that little school down in Tucson!
