Outdoor School

I was able to go with Caleb to his school's Outdoor School.

I went up as the camp nurse and it was a blast to see him with all his peers 

and get to know the kids and some of the parents better.

I was particularly tickled to find this old fashioned medical station inside.

It was even stocked with an old school porcelain bed pan!

I was very impressed by the wide variety of learning activities the kids participated in.

Everything from paper making to forest fire seminars to star gazing, archery, orienteering, cave hiking and team building activities.  It was fantastic!
